AirTalk is launched

3Sixty are proud to announce that Bristol International Airport's (BIA) brand new microsite targeting the travel trade has gone live today.

Designed to look and feel memorable, engaging and creatively different from bristolairport.co.uk, this site will enable the airport to communicate faster and more effectively with trade partners as well as being a fun place for travel agents and bookers to find out all they need to know about BIA.

Until now, BIA has kept in touch with their agents through various channels, such as their monthly newsletter publication. Publications for a commercial airport the size of BIA tend to be costly to produce, have limited reach and go out of date very quickly, which means lots of admin work following up with phone calls, faxes and e-mails.

AirTalk presents a new, easy way to correspond with agents through one medium alone; it will cut through the piles of brochures and the ads that agents see every week to connect with them and persuade them to sell flights and holidays from BIA over and above their competitors. The site will also facilitate better relationship building and promotion of important revenue-generating activities such as car parking.

For the agents, AirTalk is designed with a fun, inclusive, community feel and user friendly alternative to scrambling around for pieces of paper or trying to remember phone conversations. The site will be the first point of reference when recommending holidays or flights to customers in the South West and Wales and includes a secure log in area with user profiles, destination information, all the latest news from BIA, a regular newsletter and of course a content management system so it can be kept regularly up to date. There is also the potential to enable advertising, blogging and personalisation in the future.

The site is password protected, so we can't give you a link. But you can take a look at a few screenshots in our portfolio section.
